I called the Waterloo office 519-886-4320 on March 13, 2018 at 2:15 p.m. to ask about what I had paid for my house insurance for 2017 for Income Tax purposes. Because I didn't have my policy # at hand I asked if she could ask me a security question instead. VALERIE SUMNER HUNG UP ON ME AND REFUSED TO ANSWER THE PHONE AFTER THAT --- I DIALED SEVEN TIMES. IGNORANT STAFF ON HAND AT THAT OFFICE!!!! I do not even want to give Wawanesa a ONE star rating when I have to deal with INDIVIDUALS such as THIS one.
