Because I didn't have my policy # at hand I asked if she could ask me a security question instead. Valerie Sumner Hung Up On Me And Refused To Answer The Phone After That --- I Dialed Seven Times. Ignorant Staff On Hand At That Office! I do not even want to give Wawanesa a One star rating when I have to deal with Individuals such as This one.
