    I just want to share that I had the best experience I have ever have shopping in your store!!! I had stopped in to check out the store less than a month ago and was quite impressed with the furniture I see. Than last week I decided to go back with the idea of buying my couch and chair that was original was thinking of getting next year. I knew I wanted a couch , accent chair and pillows to match .. Shortly after I entered the store and really nice lady who works there approached me and ask if there was anything she could help me with. My reply to her was yes... I explained to her that I wanted to buy a couch and a accent chair... she then she explained to me that I should pick up the couch I would like then pick out the chair... she also explained how all the furniture was Canadian made... When she said Canadian made I was just thrilled … I so believe we should buy Canadian..... She also shared with me that she is talented and know how to put colour together... And was she ever.... I knew I wanted a brown couch … so with her help and with her explaining the differences in the couches I was soon able to decide the couch for me.... Then to pick the material for my accent chair... Oh my I was not sure which one to pick... She got me to chose some brown materials for the couch that I liked , then selected some patterned materials for which could be used for the accent chair and pillows.... she went over the different materials with me... she gave me some ideas... she then let me spend time myself looking … then she would return to see how I was making out. To make my story short I finally picked the material for the accent chair and pillows and told her I was happy with the choices and was ready to place the order.... She was amazing help in so many ways … you sure do have a knowledgable employee who knows her stuff and know how to work with customers...… when I shared that I was would be painting the room this new furniture will be going into … she offered to help me to choice the colour that would best suit..... Thanks for supporting our Canadian companies with your furniture... thanks for you staff helping me... I cannot say enough how happy and how wonderful my experience was that day ….. I think the lady's name was Paula Janet Roelofsen
